Party Contract
- All parties have a minimum of 6 attendees. If attendance falls short of this
minimums, the party host will still be charged for the entire 6-person package fee.
- Drop-offs are encouraged for all parties, and are required for parties of 15 or more. If you would like to have a larger group party we would be more than happy to work with you to schedule it for a mutally-convenient time.
- Please, no more than 4 non-painting guests per package. I Paint For Joy reserves the right to charge an additional $5.00 per non-painting guest.
- Party packages include, Commemorative plate, 1 balloon for each painting guest, cups, plates, napkins, utensils, studio time for each guest, party bag for each guest to decorate, 2 hours of party time, all paints, supplies, instructions, glazing and firing, one piece of pottery per child (Exception: Birthday Blue Party Package each guest may choose 2 pottery pieces up to a comibined total of $20).
- The pottery will be ready for pickup by the PARTY HOST ONLY 7 days after the party (date will be specified on receipt.) We cannot be held responsible for breakage of items left over 3 weeks from the date of the party. Any items left over 30 days become the property of I Paint For Joy.
- All party reservations require a $50.00 deposit. Deposits are non-refundable after 2 weeks prior to the party date. Parties canceled more than 2 weeks before the reserved party date will receive a store credit for $25.00.
- Party host assumes the risk for any breakage by guests.
- The party is contracted to begin and end at the times you specify when making your reservation. Please have your guests arrive and depart on time.
- Please do not bring the following items into I Paint For Joy: confetti, glitter, noisemakers, pinatas, balls, silly string, etc. Please encourage children to use indoor voices. If you are providing goodie bags for children, please distribute as children are leaving.
- When you pay a deposit for your party, you affirm that you have read and fully understand our contract. Please address any questions before the deposit is paid. We appreciate you choosing to have your party at I Paint For Joy.
